Thanks for reaching out and sorry for delay. I haven’t been on the internet much these days. I’d have to read the label but for most Vitamin D (if not all) that I’m familiar with, it can be absorbed topically. I would apply it in the morning over a large area (mimicking body’s natural production). Legs, chest, back, etc. 1,000 IU is not a lot but it is better than 0 IU (fellow Midwesterner here). ]]></description>

However, I am in the Midwest and our chance of vitamin D is ending at about 1:30 PM here but most days it’s been cloudy. I just had my labs checked a few weeks ago and I am at 34. I spent most of the summer in the sun I was at 20. I am wondering about the topical application. I used Bluebonnet vitamin D 1000 I use. It is liquid. Am I still able to apply this topically? Also where do you apply it for best results?]]></description>
