Elastic [ih-las-tik]: bouncing back easily; flexible N. Elasticity

1-) Rubber bands are best known for their elasticity.

2-) The wife on Mr. Incredibles is known for her elastic arms capable of stretching long distances.

3-) To say that a rule is elastic means that it is flexible and is not always enforced (like speed limits).
